1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services & Orders
Total Image Design and Printing provides custom design and printing services. All orders are subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse service for content that violates copyrights or contains offensive material.

3. SMS Communications

Informational: Critical updates such as order confirmations, design proof alerts, and shipping notifications.
Promotional: Marketing alerts including special offers, seasonal discounts, and new product announcements.

If you consent to receive conversational, informational, and promotional SMS from Total Image Design and Printing, you agree to receive design updates, order alerts, and marketing offers SMS from us. 3b. Data Sharing and Protection
We respect your privacy. Total Image Design and Printing does not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We only share this data with our service providers to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.
3c. How to Opt-Out
You may withdraw your consent at any time. To stop receiving text messages from us, simply reply STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

4. Payments & Refunds
Full payment or a deposit is required before production begins. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. If there is a physical defect in the product, please contact us within [Number] days for a resolution.

5. Customer-Provided Artwork
You represent that you own the rights to any images or logos provided to us. Total Image Design and Printing is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-provided files.

6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or missed deadlines due to late proof approvals.

7. Turnaround Times
Calculation of Time: Standard production turnaround for most custom orders is approximately 10 working days. This period begins only after we have received your final print-ready files and you have provided formal approval for your design proof.
Business Days: Turnaround times are calculated based on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and national holidays.
Rush Orders: If you require a faster completion date, please notify us before placing the order. Rush fees may apply based on current shop capacity.
Delays: While we strive to meet all deadlines, turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. Total Image Design and Printing is not liable for delays caused by incomplete artwork, late proof approvals, or supply chain issues.

9. Inspection & Acceptance
8-Day Review Window: Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items immediately. Any claims regarding quality, defects, or shortfalls must be submitted in writing within 8 days.
Acceptance: If no claim is made within this window, the delivery is deemed accepted as-is.
Quantity Variation: Due to the nature of custom printing, a variation of up to 10% in the final quantity delivered is considered acceptable industry standard. You will only be invoiced for the actual quantity delivered.
